Abstract
The article presents the act on providing accessibility for people with special needs. It discusses in detail the statutory solutions that are already in effect and those that will become law in 2021 as well as the actions implemented so far by the Accessibility Council and the Accessibility Plus Program. It also points out that the process of providing accessibility is at risk of being slowed down both within public activities and, above all, in the private sector, which is essentially not obligated to observe this law.
