Libby Cook, Independent Scholar

Libby Cook is an independent scholar who received her PhD in Early American History from William & Mary in 2017. With a research specialty in construction history and the pre-industrial building trades, she transitioned to culture resource management and historic preservation, where she has worked in both the private and the public sectors.
