Abstract

The relations between cultural anthropology and art constitute their shared history. This article is an effort to establish methodological expertise, linking ethnological research with the practices and tools of contemporary art. Taking as a point of departure shared research conducted during social engaged art activities I will try to present that situation, created by such actions which reveal particularly “thick” ethnographical realities which allows the discovery of heretofore unrecognized dimensions of culture.
