Abstract
Abstract: A role of United Russia party on the Russian political scene
A political success of Vladimir Putin on the Russian political scene has been lasting only because of his political background, in the form of United Russia party. Based on partnership relations between President and party were possible only in base of Russian party system evolution. A purpose of this article is to expose a role of United Russian party in process of formation leader party system and simultaneously paying attention on attitude of President in the face of political background. The most important factors, which have been influence on party system evolution, there were institutional changes.
