Abstrakt: Główne zmiany w oświacie w pierwszym roku rządów Prawa i Sprawiedliwości
W artykule scharakteryzowano najważniejsze zmiany w oświacie podjęte przez Prawo i Sprawiedliwość w pierwszym roku rządów (od 16 listopada 2015 r. do 15 listopada 2016 r.). Analizie poddano podwyższenie wieku obowiązkowej edukacji, rezygnację z tzw. godzin karcianych, zniesienie sprawdzianu szóstoklasisty, możliwość odwołania się od wyników egzaminu dojrzałości oraz egzaminu potwierdzającego kwalifikacje w zawodzie, możliwość sfotografowania pracy egzaminacyjnej, a także zmiany w programie „Wyprawka szkolna”. Ostatnią kwestią scharakteryzowaną w opracowaniu jest planowana przez PiS zmiana ustroju szkolnego, a więc likwidacja szkół gimnazjalnych, wydłużenie nauki w szkole podstawowej (do 8 lat), liceum ogólnokształcącym (do 4 lat) i technikum (do 5 lat), a także utworzenie szkół branżowych I stopnia (w miejsce szkół zawodowych) oraz II stopnia.

Abstract: The main changes in the education during the first year of Law and Justice governance
The article characterizes the main changes in the education which Law and Justice made during the first year of its governance (16th November 2015 till 15th November 2016). The author focuses on the increase of the age of compulsory education, cancellation of the teacher’s additional work hours, the year 6 primary school exam abolition, the possibility to appeal an exam’s results (regarding mature exam or professional qualifying exam), the possibility to take a picture of the examination papers and the changes of ‘The School Equipment’ programme. The last issue which author focuses on is the school system reform projected by Law and Justice. It means the shutdown of the junior secondary school, the extension of the time of education in: primary school (up to 8 years), secondary school (up to 4 years), technical school (up to 5 years) and the establishment of the first and second level of the Professional school (instead the vocational school).
