Abstrakt: Ustawy zasadnicze Wenezueli, Boliwii i Ekwadoru jako element rewolucji boliwariańskiej w Ameryce Łacińskiej
Rozpoczęta w 1999 roku przez Hugona Cháveza rewolucja boliwariańska swoim zasięgiem oprócz Wenezueli objęła także Boliwię i Ekwador. Słuszność nazywania tego „rewolucją” dziś często podawana jest w wątpliwość.. Pewne jest jednak, iż skutecznym efektem tych działań są całkowicie nowe ustawy zasadnicze. Zarówno w samym procesie, jak i postanowieniach nowych Konstytucji można zauważyć pewne podobieństwa. Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą politologiczno-prawnej analizy procesu konstytucyjnego oraz postanowień nowych ustaw zasadniczych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tych podobieństw, związanych zazwyczaj z ideą rewolucji boliwariańskiej oraz z „socjalizmem XXI wieku”. Poruszona zostanie również kwestia zagadnień, które znalazły odzwierciedlenie w nowych Konstytucjach, i które dla każdego z tych trzech populistycznych przywódców, są elementami wyróżniającymi rewolucję boliwariańską w tych krajach.

Abstract: The fundamental laws of Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador as an element of Bolivarian Revolution in Latin America
The Bolivarian Revolution started in 1999, by Hugo Chávez, extended to reach not only Venezuela but also Bolivia and Ecuador. Whether, what today is called “the revolution”, deserves its title is often being questioned. It is certain, though that a lasting result of those actions is a set of completely new fundamental laws. Some similarities can be found both in this process and in ratifications of new Constitutions. The following article is meant to be an attempt of political and legal analysis of constitutional process and of the ratifications of new fundamental laws. Special attention was given to those similarities which were usually connected with the idea of the Bolivarian Revolution and with the so‑called „Socialism of XXI century”. Furthermore, the issues which were reflected in new Constitutions and which for each of those three populist leaders, are the elements distinguishing the Bolivarian Revolution in those countries, will be discussed.
