Abstrakt: Reformy Prawa i Sprawiedliwości — nowy kierunek rozwoju państwa czy skuteczna strategia wyborcza?
Artykuł jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie o to, czy reformy proponowane przez Prawo i Sprawiedliwość stanowią nowy kierunek rozwoju państwa, czy też może są elementem strategii, dzięki której partia polityczna zdobywa bardzo wysokie, jak na polskie warunki, poparcie społeczne, tworząc kapitał przed przyszłymi wyborami samorządowymi i parlamentarnymi. Zwrócono uwagę na programy polityczne i wyborcze PiS oraz na reformy, które partia ta zaproponowała w ciągu dwóch lat sprawowania rządów. Wskazano również na poparcie społeczne dla reform przeprowadzanych przez Prawo i Sprawiedliwość. Ponadto scharakteryzowano strategię wchłaniania, która polega na przejmowaniu założeń pro-gramowych innych partii w celu przejęcia ich elektoratu. Strategia ta związana jest z dążeniem partii do poszerzania rynku i skierowaniem swojej oferty do nowych, atrakcyjnych segmentów wyborców.

Abstract: The Law and Justice party’s reforms — new direction of development of the state or effective electoral strategy?
The article is an attempt to answer the question whether the reforms proposed by Law and Justice party (PiS) are a new direction of the state development or whether they are an element of the strategy, thanks to which the political party acquires very high (for Polish conditions) social support, creating capital before future local and parliamentary elections. The author paid attention to PiS’ political and electoral programs and to the reforms proposed by the party within 2 years of governance. The article also points to public support for reforms carried out by the Law and Justice party. In addition, the strategy of absorption, which consists in taking over frameworks of other parties’ programs in order to take over their electorate, is characterised. This strategy is related to the party’s pursuit of expanding the market and directing its offer at new and attractive voter segments.
