Peer Review Process
Articles submitted are at the beginning reviewed by the editors; subsequently the articles, without giving the name of the author of the article (i.e. in an anonymous version), are forwarded to two reviewers. Potential reviewers do not know the identity of the author of the text; reviews are performed anonymously. Reviewers are obliged not to disclose their identity. It is assumed that reviewers should have at least a PhD degree. Reviewers prepare a review on a form designed by the editors. Reviewers are obliged to prepare a review consistent with their competence and best knowledge, taking into account the established criteria of objectivity.
