The authors address the following issues: the park in the era of digital images and its future imaginative representations as inspired by architectural visions; also – by contrast – the nostalgic and past-rootedness of park areas; and such areas’ fairy-tale reconstructions. The issue is completed by “Varia”, featuring Karolina Szymborska’s “Postmodern metamorphoses of the fairy tale in Poland” and Krzysztof Obremski’s “Speech on the occasion of the introduction of the War Oder of Virtuti Militari”: a rhetorical interpretation of Józef Piłsudski’s speech”, and the “Chronicles” section.
